He was predeceased by : his wife Dorothy Johnson; his son Daniel Caskey; his parents, Mittie Johnson and Henry Johnson; and his siblings, Mavis Crawford, Merlene Bailey and Royce Johnson.
He is survived by : his children, Carolyn Cannady (Jimmy), Barbara Dickinson (Red), Connie Knotts (Larry), Cindy Johnson, David Johnson and Tommy Dean Smith; and his siblings, Mary Neilson and Charles Johnston. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
