With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mickey Don Horton of Blanchard, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 64. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Horton and Georgia Horton. He is survived by: his daughter Maranda Horton (Derek Alsabrook); his brother Rocky (Sherry); his grandchildren, Tiffany Ray, Lainee Ray, Reagan Alsabrook and Aubree Alsabrook; his nephew Cody Horton; his niece Jennifer "Sissy" Horton; and his great-nephew Cooper Horton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Boone Funeral Home (2156 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
