We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2025, at the age of 78, Mitchell Judson Scott III of Blanchard, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Llia Jo Odom Scott and Mitchell Judson Scott, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Marvel Jones Scott; his children, Matthew Scott (Amy) and Melissa Flores (Bud); his grandchildren, Trystan Hernandez (Anne), Brittany Scott, Joe Scott, Roy Flores and Jud Flores; and his sister Roxy Scott Meers.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to Volunteers of America of North Louisiana, 360 Jordan Street, Shreveport, LA 71101, St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
