With solemn reverence, we commemorate Tammy Duke of Blanchard, Louisiana, whose life came to an end on August 2, 2025 at the age of 58, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Grady, Lessie Duke, Jamie and Margaret Bradley; her aunt Bonnie Duke; her uncle Dale Duke; and her close friend Michelle Witkowski.

She is survived by: her father Donald Duke; her significant other CJ Caufield; her brother Bradley W. Duke; her niece Brittany Duke; her nephew Brody Duke; her aunt Deborah McAdams (Bobby); her uncle James Michael Bradley (Cherry); her cousins, Jamie McAdams, Chad Bradley, Adam Bradley and Marty Morgan; and her close friends, Katie Foshee and Angie Pierce.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the following organizations in Tammy's name; Heavenly Acres for Pets, Cure SMA and Vivian Animal Hospital.
