He is survived by: his wife Alecia Adams Applewhite of Bogalusa, LA; his sons, Lucas Applewhite (Alfredania) of Ocean Springs, MS, Marshall Applewhite (Kimberly) of Denham Springs, LA and Clay Applewhite (Brooke) of Bogalusa, LA; his siblings, Keith Applewhite (Cathy) of Denham Springs, LA and Andrea Wilson (Shay) of Bogalusa, LA; and his grandchildren, Sabrina Arguello, Blayne Applewhite, Gabriel Applewhite, Allan Joseph Arguello, Brody Applewhite, Jonah Applewhite, Sophia Applewhite, Harper Applewhite and Samuel Applewhite.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ben's Ford Baptist Church (58521 LA-439, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
