He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Provost Jr.; and his siblings, Samantha Provost, Kerry Collins and Joseph Provost III. He is survived by: his mother Linda Provost; his children, Kelsey Provost, Kassidy Scott (Chandler Scott) and Jacob Provost; and his grandchildren, Dax, Roman, Camille and Hudson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the New Life United Pentecostal Church (1600 Jefferson St, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
