She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles L. Long and Catherine L. Long (Spangler); her husband Silas Mayor; her sister Francine; her brother-in-law John Johnson; her brothers, William Chandler and Richard Brandt; her mother-in-law Marie M. Newell; her brother-in-law Emile Mayor; her brother Fred; her sister-in-law Lennie Mayor; and her aunt Dora Spangler (Pepe).

She is survived by: her daughter Kathi Mayor of Bogalusa; her brother John Brandt (Sally) of Kansas; and her sister-in-law Vera Jean Mayor of Bogalusa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
