She is survived by: her children, Ashley Roberson (Jason), Randy Bertoniere (Jennifer) and Aaron Bertoniere (Jessica); her siblings, Marilyn Knight, Wanda Penny, Amanda Woodward and Tommy Stewart; and her close friend Christy Hough.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Batson Children's Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi—a cause close to Carla's heart.
