He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert G. Williams and Verna Mizell Williams; and his brother Robert Buren Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Don Williams (Blaine) of Lafayette, LA and Dr. H. Brad Williams of Bogalusa, LA; and his grandchildren, Caitlyn Williams Ledet of Lafayette, LA, Seth Williams of Lafayette, LA, Garrett Williams of Lafayette, LA, Hannah Williams-Lafy, Zachary Williams of Virginia and Brynna Williams of Bogalusa, LA. He is also survived by 5 great-granddaughters.
