He is survived by: his wife Eloise Lambert Duncan; his daughter Amber Haik (Russ); his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Haik of Bogalusa, Louisiana and Logan Matthew Haik of Bogalusa, Louisiana; his brother Ricky Duncan (Linda); and his stepsiblings, Charles Boyd, Gene Boyd, Vickie Bryant and Gwen Serpas.
