He is survived by: his wife Ellen Mizell Bailey; his son Dustin Stanley Bailey (Megan); his granddaughter Natalie Claire Bailey; his siblings, Janice Bailey Crain and Charles Edward Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Beth Mizell, Ronnie Mizell (Sharon) and Kaye Mizell Robins (Danny).
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery (55179 LA-60, Bogalusa, LA 70427).
