He is survived by: his wife Susan Easterling Ard; his children, Scott Ard (Dawn) of Sheridan, Daryl Grant of Bogalusa, LA, Stephanie Ard of Sheridan, LA and Joseph Ard (Rashea) of Conroe, TX; his siblings, Oneal Ard (Doris) of Bogalusa, LA and Mildred Ard of Bush, LA; and his grandchildren, Jessica Burch (Taylor), Khristian Whaley (Joseph), Katelyn Owens (Will), Kadyn Barber, Blake Grant, Anna Grant, Demire Gelliam, Cason Gelliam, Cameron Gelliam, Jacob Ard and Kay Anthony. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews.
