It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendy Lee Leeper (Bogalusa, Louisiana), born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Robert Edward Leeper of Washington County, Pennsylvania. and June Ann Clutter-Leeper of Washington County, Pennsylvania.; her daughters, Ashley McMillan of Bogalusa and Erica Tesseo (Troy) of Webster, KY.; her grandchildren, Julianne Cotton, Tobias Tesseo and Sicily Tesseo; her siblings, Marci Leeper, Christy Leeper, Robyn Leeper and Robert K. Leeper; and her grandparents, Wray, Martha Clutter, Glenn and Isla Pepper.
