He was predeceased by: his mother Bobbie Boyd Byrd; his brother Bruce Byrd; and his father William E. "Sonny" Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Karen Lynn Byrd; his children, Melissa Ann Boling (Nathan) and William Clayton Byrd (Amber); and his grandchildren, Bentley Boling, Apollo Schwartz and Kyelus Boling.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home (216 Alabama Ave, Bogalusa, LA 70427). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
