He is survived by: his children, Denise Brooks (Comer), Theresa Luther, Dennis B. Luther, Jr. (Diem), Mervin "Andy" Luther (Dawn) and Youra "Yo" Plake (Bud). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
