We are sad to announce that on March 9, 2024, at the age of 87, Albert Cecil Looney of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Warren, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Looney and Dovie Looney; and his siblings, William Looney and Dorothy Parker. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Looney; his daughters, Kelly White (Terry) and Shannon Ramsey (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Lauren Wynn (Billy), Cory White (Kristen), Sarah Meacham (Cameron) and Zach Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Emery, Ellie, Lainey White, Billy Kayde and Magnolia Wynn.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Methodist Church Shreveport, St. Jude, or Shriners Hospital.
