She is survived by: her children, Franklin Short (Robin) and Barbara Barnard (Dub); and her grandchildren, Franklin Short Jr., Nicole Richman (Jeff), Thomas Short (Tiffany), Brandon Matchum (Amanda), Rickey Martin and Kandace Wyllie. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
