She was predeceased by: her mother Vivian Booth of Doyline, LA.; her sister Mable Osborne of Richmond, VA; and her father Billy Booth. She is survived by: her husband Harold Addy; her sons, Brian Addy (Ashley) and Brenden; and her sister Dorthey Hogg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
