She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Basinger and Jane Susanna Basinger; her husband Jerry Cottingham; her siblings, Bob Basinger, Norman Basinger, Wilson Basinger, Delane Basinger, Paul Basinger, Helen Ray Veach (Dooble) and Marie Hartman; and her sons, Randy Wayne Cottingham and Kevin Lee Cottingham.
She is survived by: her sister Diane McCrimmon; her daughter Susan Renay Cottingham; her grandson Brandon Scott Addis; her great grandchild Hailey Laryra Addis; her granddaughters, Tanya Scripture (Kyle) and Teri-Lynn Cottingham (Sean Adamson); her great grandchildren, Crystal Adamson, Caiden, Connor Adamson, Matthew and Logan Scripture; and her daughters-in-law, Martha Cottingham and Kim Cottingham.
