He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Frank Bickham and Edna Frances Whorton Bickham; his grandparents, Edward Bickham, Elsie Bickham, Cicero Green "Bud" Whorton and Blanche Whorton; his sister Susan Bickham; and his nephew Christopher Phiffer.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnson Bickham; his daughter Heather Suzanne Bickham; his brother Kenneth Bickham (Alisa); and his brother-in-law Michael Johnson (Rachel). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
