It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Gordon Britt Sr. of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Many, Louisiana, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Festervand Britt; his parents, Andrew Jackson Britt and Anna Belle Britt (McCormic); and his siblings, A. J. Britt, Jr., Vivian Bea Heard and Dorothy Palmer.

He is survived by: his son Dale Gordon Britt, Jr. (Dawn) of Bossier City, LA; his grandchildren, Andrew Britt (Megan) of Castroville, TX and Katelyn Navarro (Jacob) of Magnolia, TX; and his great grandchildren, Camden Britt, Gavin Britt, Kennedy Navarro, Georgia Navarro and Scarlett Navarro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
