He was predeceased by: his mother Jewell Ayres Fogger; and his grandmother R. C. Ayres. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Leath Fogger; his sister Judi Fogger Farmer (Eddie); his daughter Lauren Danielle Fogger; the mother of his child Betty Fogger; his children, Kelli Todd, Kristi Elizabeth O'Dell (Brian) and Scott Dickerson (Stacy); his grandchildren, Blake Dickerson, Kaiden, Kody O'Dell, Christian Todd, Maddy Salsbury and Kendal O'Dell; and his brothers-in-law, Mark Leath (Marsha) and David Leath (Jill).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Funeral Home (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111).
