He is survived by: his children, Dawn Boutwell, Amy Hollis (Tommy) and Christopher Piazza (Abigail); his grandchildren, Matthew Moore, Hannah Loker, Baily Freeman, Cody Freeman, Aaron Florea, Hunter Hollis, Jullian Hollis, Nicholas Hollis and Rebecca Piazza; his great grandchildren, Lyric Hollis, Eva Loker, Kamryn Hollis, Elizabeth Moore and Liam Moore; and his siblings, Billy Piazza, Lesa McEwen and Samuel Piazza.
