He was predeceased by: his parents, Joy Katherine and Isham Alexander Jones (Arlene Jones); his siblings, Charlene Miller and Tommy Jones; his niece-in-law Vonda McLaughlin; and his daughter-in-law Janie Jones.
He is survived by: his significant other Arlene "Oleta" Matthews; his sisters, Wyvonne Hamilton (Bill) of Wichita Falls, TX and Patsy Cline of Electra, TX; his sons, Ronald Jones (Jennifer) of Benton and Greg Jones of Waskom, TX; his grandchildren, Chris Laurence (Natalie) of Casselberry, FL, Cody Jones (Shelbi) of Clarksville, TN, Chelsa Hill (Lance) of Gulfport, MS, Ty Jones (Brynne) of Carthage, TX, Brandon Strickland of Beaumont, TX and Kyle Strickland (Rachel) of Youngsville, LA.; and his great grandchildren, Eden, Emme Laurence, Boston, Jensen "J. J." Jones, Brittis Hill, Kyler Jones, Easton and Tate Strickland.
