We are sad to announce that, on November 5, 2023, at the age of 92, DDS James William Rogers (Bossier City, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Richardson Rogers; his parents, Jewel Olland Rogers and Clara Tyler Rogers; his siblings, Elma Rogers Poer, Jessie Rogers Zeanah, Melvin Douglas Rogers and Johnny Mack Rogers; and his grandfather Jim.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Rogers (Susan) of Bossier City and Langston Rogers (Stephanie); his granddaughter Alison of Hattiesburg, MS; and his brother Jerry Rogers (Mary Sue) of Niceville, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Jim's name be made to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, 303 East Wacker Drive, Suite 2300, Chicago, IL 60601-5224 (ifcj.org) or to a charity of the donor's choice.
