He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Martin and Alice Carolyn Byrd Bouck; and his brother Terry James Bouck (Brenda Wade Bouck). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Gregory Martin Bouck (Melissa Kelly Wyss) and Amy Bouck Berry (Jeff French); his grandchildren, Landon Paul Berry and Katherine Elizabeth Berry; his siblings, Martin Wayne Bouck (Susan Longyear Bouck) and Paula Bouck Rosato (Nick Rosato); and his siblings' children, Garret Bouck, Ryan Bouck, Jeff Bouck, Kevin Rosato, Andrea Bouck LaFave and Lindsay Rosato Glover.
