She was predeceased by: her husband Donald "Duck" Phillips; her parents, Marguerite Driver and Jack Driver; her brother Richard "Dick"; and her sister-in-law Kathie Driver.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Williams, Mike Phillips and Rene Taggart (Tom); her grandsons, Jonathan Phillips, Mark Williams and Brayden Taggart (Karlea); her great grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon Phillips, Allie, Eli Williams, Bryce, Ryder and Ellia Taggart; and her cousin Ann Rivers. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Liz's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, or a charity of your choice.
