It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Quinton Cantley of Bossier City, Louisiana, who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Gerald Quinton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bonnie and Ina Elsie Calk Cantley; his sisters, Dorothy Lee Mulford, Evie Faye Westmoreland, Anita Gaynell Cascio and Bonnie Sue Shephard; and his grandchildren, Cory Quinton Gould and Kyle Lewis Gould.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Gayle Cantley; and his children, Kathleen Cantley Johnson (Doug), Vicky Cantley Gould (Jimmy) and Michael Gerald Cantely (Kathy). He is also survived by Nine grandchildren, Twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
