He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Neal and Neva Lois Overturf (Jeffrey); and his sister Nancy Schwindenhammer (Jud). He is survived by: his friend Betsy; his grandsons, Joshua Dukett, Simon Overturf, Sam Overturf and Ike Overturf; his wife Betsy Blair; his children, Brenda Owens (Terry) and Rusty Overturf (Maggie Cluck); his siblings, Doris McClintock (Jim) and Rob Overturf (Carol Williamson); and his siblings-in-law, Hale Blair (Jane), Thomas Blair (Elizabeth) and Julie Menghini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
