He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Talley; and his parents, George H. Talley and Bessie Talley. He is survived by: his wife Neale Reeves Talley; his children, Julie (Otis Ward), Joy Talley (Melanie Bergeron), Jeff (Tia Talley), Chris Ferguson of Natchitoches, LA and Beth (Johnny Robinson); and his siblings, Jerry Talley of Shreveport, LA, Sandra, Lynn Sasser of Livingston, TX, Bobby and Terry Talley of Bossier City, LA. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
