She was predeceased by: her husband David Richard Moore; her parents, Joe Leroy Smith and Barbara Jeanne Smith; and her sister Judy Diane Smith. She is survived by: her children, Bryan Paul Moore (Karry Songer Moore) and Ashley Nicole Moore Dávid (Christopher Joseph Blaise); her grandchildren, Daytona Nicole Moore, Tally Daiga Moore, Bristol Jeanne Moore, John Baxter Atkins IV, Andrew David Atkins, Caroline Elizabeth Atkins, Joseph Henry Dávid and William Palmer Dávid; her sisters, Connie May Morris and Sharon Kay Reid; her brother-in-law Larry Reid; and her brother James Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Shriners Shreveport Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the charity of donor's choice.
