We are sad to announce that, on October 22, 2025, at the age of 92, Kathleen Thigpen Stroud Boyd of Bossier City, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinnes Jane Courville and Jodie J. Thigpen; her husbands, Ellis Stroud and Bob Boyd; her siblings, Richard Thigpen, E. J. Thigpen and JoAnn Keller; and her stepchildren, Allen Boyd and Robbie Boyd.
She is survived by: her children, Cyndi Bass (Ronnie), Terrie Neff (Cecil) and Butch Stroud (Kim); her stepson James Boyd; and her friend Eloise Pate. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
