It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Latson Souter of Bossier City, Louisiana, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Souter and Allie Souter; his siblings, Evangeline Knight (Curtis), Alma Rene Montgomery (Odis), J. Ernest Souter (Betty), Alvin Souter (Sybil) and Arthur Souter (Gisele); his sister-in-law Julia Souter; and his daughter Mary Dickerson.
He is survived by: his brother Dr. Floyd Voyne Souter of Milledgeville, GA; his children, James Latson Souter (Rhonda) of Benton, Louisiana and Pamela Kay; his former wife Patsy Hardy Souter of Magnolia, AR; his grandchildren, Chad Latson Souter (Alex), Jill R. Souter, Christopher M. Shemas and Jennifer L. Tyler; his great grandchildren, Evie Grey Souter, Jillian Tyler and Jenna Tyler; his grandchildren, Zachary Bukoski and Sumner Bukoski (Heather); and his stepchildren, Nell Neathery, Gary Neathery, Myra Breaseale and Lisa Tidwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
