He is survived by: his wife Donna Blue Glass; his children, Judi Glass Hayes, Mindy Pasquier (Brian), Dana Woodfin and Timothy Earl Glass (Joann); and his brother Gary Don Glass. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
