She was predeceased by: her parent Hildrey. She is survived by: her sister Norma "Jean" Weeks Brown; her husband Marion Ray Phillips; her daughters, Vickie Phillips Pernici (Sam) and Pamela Phillips Couvillion (Sam); her grandsons, Sam Crawford Pernici, Jr. (Kristin), Michael Phillips Pernici (Margaret), Matthew Warren Couvillion (Ryan), Mason Daniel Couvillion (Lindsay), James Edward Couvillion (Seth) and William Hayden Couvillion (Laura Paige); Daniel and Ada McKenzie. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
