He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Poole Guice and Robert "Bob" Guice; and his brother Mike Guice. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his sister Yvonne Pigott; his daughter Amy Guice Bartley; his stepdaughter Mia Sikes; his grandchildren, Taylor Reed and Kaylen Ardoin; his grandson-in-law Brandon Reed; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Gracelyn, Paisleigh, Everett and Remi. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
