He is survived by: his daughter Ingrid Diane Lewis; his wife Inez Lewis; his daughter Apostle Ingrid Lewis; his grandson Xavier Lewis; and his siblings, Mattie Lewis Cobb (Fred), Catherine Lewis Scott (James), Martha Lewis Lynch, Lorene Lewis Bell (Jessie), Dr. Ruby Lewis and Dr. Bobby Joe Lewis (Bennie). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
