We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2022, at the age of 87, Nancy Lee Sipe of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hale Lincoln and Pauline Victoria Golden of Silver Spring, Maryland.; her significant other Paul Richard Sipe; her sister Linda McKay Brown; her children, Stephen Richard Sipe, Jeffrey Lee Sipe and Mary Kathryn Estes; her children-in-law, Joel Michael Estes, Linda Sipe and Rainbow Sipe; her brother-in-law Herbert Brown; her niece Julie Soderlund; and her nephew Mark Brown. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
