It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Elaine Brown Cavanaugh of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Hornbeck, Louisiana, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Atlas Carnival Brown and Lacy Irene Chance Brown; and her brother Lee Atlas Brown. She is survived by: her husband Jack Cavanaugh of Hornbeck, LA; her children, Rondle Cavanaugh of Bossier City, LA and Jackye Mosley (Carl) of Longview, TX; and her grandchildren, Jordan and Adam Mosley.
