He was predeceased by : his wife Joyce Vardeman. He is survived by : his sons, Timothy Vardeman and John Vardeman (Terri); his grandchildren, Kristina, Mark, Bowen, David and Lindon; and his great grandchildren, Alister and Olyvia.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose Neath Funeral Homes - Bossier City (2201 Airline Dr, Bossier City, LA 71111). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and at 11:30 PM.
