He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bell Sheppard Quigley and Paul Quigley; his parents-in-law, Pat and Jim O'Brien; and his siblings, Bobbie Staler, Shirley Olson and Harold Quigley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee O'Brien Quigley; his children, Theresa (Jim Giles) and Brien Quigley; his grandsons, Darrell Giles (Ashlie), Cole Giles (Jordan Jameson) and Hunter Giles (Morgan Miles); his great grandchildren, Kolin Giles, Brynlie Giles, Baylor Giles, Hazel Lee, Ava Giles and Gyntree Bray; and his siblings, James Quigley (Karon), Linda Ladnier (Danny) and Mary Normand (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
