He was predeceased by: his mother Maggie Procell Voight; his stepfather Emory Voight; and his siblings, James Procell, Vernon Procell, Johnnie Lee Procell, Gene Procell, Hermen Procell, Bernice Smith and Jewel Niette.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Barnhill Procell; his daughter Susan Erickson (Bryan); his granddaughter Cassandra Halford; and his caregivers, Cornerstone Hospital, Colonial Oaks, Willis-Knighton Bossier and Willis-Knighton Pierremont. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
