He is survived by: his wife Gloria Day Utley; his children, Kimberly Lynn Belt (David), Terry Allan Blake and Robert Jason Utley; and his grandchildren, Hunter Blake, BJ Layfield, Gabe Smith, Jack Utley and Ansley Utley.
