He was predeceased by : his parents, Ernest Keith and Betty Franks Keith. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Keith; his children, Kelly Keith (Sabrina), Korey Keith (Angie) and Kasey Keith; his grandchildren, Kash, Savannah, Kaden and Logan; and his siblings, Allen Keith, Andy Keith and Cynthia Keith.
