It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Wilkins in Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Wilkins and Mary Wilkins (Crook); his grandchild Treyson Naron; his brother Billy Joe Wilkins; and his nieces, Cindy Wilkins and Lisa Wilkins.

He is survived by: his wife Dottie Wilkins; his children, Mary Ellen "Tootie" Wilkins (Joey Martin), Karen Sue Wilkins (Joe Whittington) and Steve "Stevie" Wilkins, Jr.; his grandchildren, Richard Dean (Joanie), Brittany Driggers, Kolbie Driggers, Hannah Whittington (Cody), Cody Bandy, Matthew Bandy, Kaylee Wilkins, Austin Wilkins and James Demoss; his great grandchildren, Bennett Carter Brown, Darrbie Stiles, Beau Stiles, Maylee Stiles, Maddie Whittington of Baylee Whittington, J. C, Abby Whittington, Cateline Collier, Dixie Glenn and Krystin Naron (Trey); his great great grandchildren, Ella Conway, Madden Conway, Kota Baker, Ivy Baker, Chloe Naron, Tanner Naron and Georgia Ray Pearson; and his brother Johnnie Hall Wilkins, Jr..
