She was predeceased by: her parent Ching-Shui Chen; and her husband Wayne Nei Heck. She is survived by: her children, Shun-Fong Gao (Fu-Ken), Shun-Kwei Lin (Chi-Wen) and Terry Heck (Douglas); her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Brosseau (Wayne) and Pamela Chmielewski (Mark); her son Michael Miller; her grandchildren, Yi-Rao Gao, Zhong-Yu Gao and Erin Huang (Dan); and her great grandchildren, Linda Chen, Christine Chen, Sharianne Huang and Midi Huang.
