It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Burdue of Bossier City, Louisiana, born in Cygnet, Ohio, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gail C. Burdue; her son Eric Vern Burdue; her parents, Alva Maples and Bernice Engler; and her brother Everette "Sonny" Mapes.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Steven Burdue (Charlotte Sue Burdue) and Tanya Gay Grantham (Phillip Neal Grantham); her grandchildren, Steven Eric Burke (Katie Ann Burke), Joshua Phillip Grantham (Lucy Kaye Grantham) and Alana Brooke White (Dustin Lee White); and her great grandchildren, Rylie Alyssa Atkinson, John Parker Atkinson, Landon Lee White, Reese Adaline Burke and Fallon Faith Burke.
