He is survived by: his children, Thomas Don "Donnie" Rachel, Jr. and Kimberly Rachel Mills (Eric); his grandchildren, Sarah Marguerite Rachel and Thomas Don Rachel III; his brother James Ralph Rachel (Viddie); his aunt Nettie Nuckolls; and his nieces, Sheri Yates, Sharon Yates Grubb (Greg) and Kelli Rachel Rehak (Bill). He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
