He is survived by: his son Eraic Bartley Stamper; his close friend Connie; his wife Lynne Mascagni Stamper; his stepchildren, Joe Mascagni, Nina Stephens and Charles Mascagni, Jr.; his brothers, Eugene and Oscar Stamper; and his pets, Poppy and Missy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Shriners Hospital in Shreveport.
