He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Parks and Earl Parks; and his son John Earl Perry. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Virginia Fatheree; and his children, Mike Toney, Anthony Toney, Becky Gongre and Lorene Phillips. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
